Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one OT care to older adults in home and senior living settings in Happy Valley, OR. Clinicians enjoy autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the option to include telehealth in their care plans.

Qualifications

Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and quality of life.
Document within EMR per regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
Educate patients and caregivers for safety and aging in place.
Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
