Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings across Massachusetts, focusing on communication, cognition, and swallowing to improve real-life function. You will provide 1:1 care with clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and local coverage.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, ongoing reassessment, discharge planning, and coordinating with families and the treatment

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice SLP.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Minimum of one year of experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of neurorehabilitation techniques.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and transfer patients up to 100 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend staffing/family meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
