Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join as a PRN clinician in Irving, TX and service the Anna, McKinney, and Mesquite areas. You’ll deliver 1:1 neuro rehab in real-world environments such as the home and community, maintaining clinical autonomy with flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment planning, discharge evaluations, and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team to promote functional recovery

Formación

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP license where practicing.
• CPR certification as required by state regulations.
• At least 1 year of work experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Complete discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patients' needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, clients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to coordinate care and improve outcomes.
