The role collaborates with the Loading, Dozing & Compaction team, decomposes customer requirements, and ensures documentation and traceability; on-site proving ground with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in systems engineering for autonomous machines.
• Experience with integration and validation across software/hardware.
• Knowledge of construction equipment like dump trucks and excavators.
• Ability to decompose complex requirements into technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and architecture for autonomous machine systems.
• Decompose customer needs into system-level requirements.
• Manage system-level requirements within DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with machine system teams on feature delivery and integration.
• Ensure documentation and traceability of requirements.
• Act as SME for surface loading autonomous solutions.
• Communicate readiness and risk to stakeholders.
• Design, develop, integrate, and test embedded control/vision systems.
