In this correctional healthcare setting, you’ll provide direct nursing care, administer medications, complete assessments, and document meticulously while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to maintain

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license.
• Strong clinical and assessment skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Dependability and sound clinical judgment.
• Correctional healthcare experience welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a correctional setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete patient assessments and monitor condition changes.
• Respond to urgent and emergent healthcare needs.
• Communicate patient needs to medical providers and the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Follow established clinical protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Support continuity of care and appropriate follow-up.
