The position is located at 314 East 35th St in Midtown East, New York, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 10am to 6pm. The role focuses on medical oversight, planning, and execution within a supportive care team.

Qualifications

• NYS LPN license required.
• Med/Surg experience preferred.
• Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing medical insight
• Work in an increasingly autonomous role
• Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care
• Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems
• Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff.
