Job summary

Rula seeks licensed therapists to join a nationwide network, delivering care to individuals, couples, and families. You’ll have true schedule autonomy with support for telehealth and in-person sessions, while Rula handles credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support so you can focus on clinical work.

Providers follow standardized care and track outcomes using measurement-informed practices, benefiting from a collaborative, quality-driven clinician community.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Work Remotely: Yes.
• CA, US.
• Have office space? New Rula providers can receive a $20 increase to base pay for every in-person session, for both intakes and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth or in-person therapy sessions.
