Job summary

Rula is seeking licensed therapists to deliver compassionate behavioral health care with true schedule autonomy and the backing of a nationwide clinician network. You will manage your own caseload with telehealth or in-person sessions, supported by Rula's administrative, credentialing, and billing services.

Providers follow quality standards and use measurement-informed approaches to track outcomes, ensuring meaningful progress for clients across individuals, couples, and families.

Qualifications

• Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Valid NPI number.
• Licensed in California.
• Able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions.
• Work remotely (telehealth) available.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth or in-person therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Contribute to measurement-informed care by tracking client outcomes.
• Utilize Rula tools and collaborate with a nationwide provider network to ensure quality care.
