Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• independently licensed by AZBBHE or equivalent.
• Experience in primary care settings preferred; 2+ years in behavioral health strongly preferred.
• Must meet AZ Title 9, Chapter 20 requirements.
• First Aid and CPR training or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical consultation to providers and medical staff.
• Conduct assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for patients.
• Offer evidence-based behavioral interventions and psychoeducation.
• Supervise associate level behavioral health providers as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Coordinate with primary care physicians to integrate behavioral health care.
• Assist with crisis triage and off-site availability when needed.
