Job summary

ThompsonGas is seeking a Lease and Real Estate Specialist in Frederick, MD. This high-autonomy role manages lease lifecycle activities across a large portfolio, ensuring obligations are met and issues resolved efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in lease administration or real estate, with strong analytical and negotiation skills and proficiency in lease management systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lease administration, real estate operations, property management, or related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of lease administration and real estate transaction processes.
• Ability to negotiate lease terms and communicate with landlords and external stakeholders.
• Experience with lease management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain property information for owned or leased properties.
• Support lease transactions including renewals, relocations, expansions, and closures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, vendors, and landlords to support real estate projects.
• Manage end-to-end lease lifecycle activities across a multi-site portfolio.
• Maintain accuracy of lease records in systems and databases.
• Analyze lease terms and identify risks with practical recommendations.
