Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our Edison, NJ team, delivering one-on-one care to older adults in private homes or senior living communities. You’ll evaluate, plan, and treat patients using our Geriatric House Calls model.

The role emphasizes autonomy and flexible scheduling, with opportunities to incorporate telehealth and virtual care to extend access and continuity of care.

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of practice.
• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living communities.
• Perform evaluations, develop care plans, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and independence.
• Document in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists).
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote aging in place.
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate.
