Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Clinton Township, MI, seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to provide in-home and senior living care across the community. You will assess, treat, and document patient progress with autonomy over schedules, including telehealth options to extend access.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in their homes or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility and independence
• Document in FOXP EMR per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, fitness specialists)
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate

Education
