FOX Rehabilitation seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in Hilton Head Island, SC, within private residences or senior living communities. You’ll build strong relationships, manage your own schedule, and contribute to meaningful outcomes through our Geriatric House Calls™ model.

You may incorporate telehealth when appropriate and will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while documenting in FOX’s EMR system according to regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice orEligibility to obtain
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency
• Current CPR certification

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment
• Deliver therapy sessions to support wellness, mobility, and functional independence
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists)
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place
• Provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access
