Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-home patient care along the beautiful Oregon Coast. Work independently within a supportive home health team and treat communication, cognition, and swallowing Disorders.

This 13-week contract offers day shifts, Monday–Friday, with mileage reimbursement provided in addition to standard compensation. Must have a Master's in Speech-Language Pathology and be eligible for BLS/CPR; CCC preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.
• Current BLS (or CPR) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• ASHA CCC (Certificate) preferred.
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and treatment strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary home health teams.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

ASHA CCC preferred

BLS/CPR Certification

Valid Driver's License

Minimum age 21
