Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide home-based, patient-centered care along the beautiful Oregon Coast. This 13-week contract offers independent practice, treating communication, cognition, and swallowing disorders in patients at home.

You will evaluate, plan, and monitor therapy, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with physicians and the home health team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in speech-language pathology or equivalent.
• Current BLS (or CPR) certification.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASHA CCC (preferred).
• Home health experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and treatment strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary home health teams.
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in the home setting.

Education

Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent

BLS/CPR Certification

Valid Driver's License

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
