Residential Home Health and Hospice is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Home Health position serving patients in the Lansdowne, PA area. A $5,000 first-year success bonus is offered for achieving key milestones in year one.

Deliver patient-centered care in home health, evaluate speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication, and educate families. Travel to patient homes within the territory is required.

Formación

• Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state you work.
• One year of experience as an SLP.
• Valid driver's license due to field-based travel.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting with interdisciplinary team support.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support safety, independence, and quality of life.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises.
• Complete thorough EMR documentation.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
