Entertimeonline is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home health care in Guymon, OK. This full-time role supports patients in their homes, from recovery to end-of-life care, with autonomy to manage a patient load and develop individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes one-on-one patient time, independent scheduling, and strong clinical leadership within a supportive team. Valid RN license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• 1+ year of clinical experience in home health, med/surg, or critical care preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessments, and treatments in patients’ homes
• Develop and manage individualized care plans for home health and/or hospice patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients and families on care, medications, and disease progression
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation

Connaissances

Active RN license

1+ year of clinical experience

Strong clinical judgment
