• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice and BLS.
• Experience in home health or acute care settings preferred.
• Auto insurance and driver's license required for Home Health.

• Document care in the EMR and communicate status to physicians.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Participate in quality improvement and mentor others.
