Job summary

Mercy Home Health in Festus, MO is seeking a Home Care RN - PRN to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction. You will assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate outcomes to support recovery and effective management of chronic conditions.

The position requires one year of home health experience, Missouri RN licensure, and BLS CPR certification. You’ll collaborate with physicians and other care teams, communicate clearly with patients and families,

Qualifications

• One year of experience in Home Health.
• Graduation from accredited nursing school.
• Current MISSOURI RN license. Must be a licensed driver.
• BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes under physician direction.
• Assess, plan, implement, document, evaluate outcomes.
• Communicate with doctors and other healthcare professionals regarding home health patients; document changes.
• Manage a caseload of patients with diverse health conditions and ensure patient education and emotional support.
