Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled home health care in the Lancaster, PA area. This role offers a $10,000 first-year bonus for achieving key milestones and opportunities for ongoing rewards as you grow with the team.

You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and travel within the assigned territory. Independence with support is emphasized in our collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist with OT license in the state of work.
• At least 1 year of clinical OT experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive ~20% of time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered home health care in patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive evaluations focusing on ADLs, upper extremity function, and home safety; develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and safety strategies.
