A leading home health therapy team in Florida is seeking a Home Health Occupational Therapist (OTR) for a flexible contracting opportunity. As part of this team, you’ll assess patient care needs and develop treatment plans to improve patient independence and well-being. Ideal candidates will be Florida licensed, possess a strong customer service ethic, and have experience in home health. Qualifications

• Must have a current FL driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle.
• Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, and lifting patients and/or equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to ADLs and medical conditions.
• Determine and implement a proper plan of care and treatment plan.
• Provide teaching to patients and their caregivers.
