PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Cumberland, IN. Deliver in-home nursing care with autonomy and flexible scheduling designed to improve patient outcomes and work-life balance.

As a PurposeCare clinician you will perform skilled visits in patients' homes, collaborate with care teams, and uphold safety and quality standards. Eligible applicants hold a current Indiana nursing license and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience required; home health and OASIS experience preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, up to 50 lbs, bending and standing.
• Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
