Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking a Classical Hematology Practice Nurse for a 30-hour work week, Tue, Wed and Fri, 7:00 am–5:30 pm. Oncology experience is strongly preferred.

The role focuses on autonomous, comprehensive ambulatory nursing care across a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, data collection for care plans, administering treatments, and educating patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license in the state in which you practice.
• 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level autonomous nursing care in ambulatory settings.
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans.
• Perform blood draws and maintenance of central lines; administer treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and families about disease, treatment plans and home care.
