Job summary

You will deliver high-quality, person-centered care, act as a clinical leader for APPs, and advocate for residents while enjoying meaningful autonomy and flexibility in your practice. We offer on-site practice with supportive onboarding, CME and development opportunities, and a model designed to reduce administrative burden so you can focus

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of employment
• Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or Hospital Medicine
• Proficiency with EMR systems and strong collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across skilled nursing facilities and senior living communities.
• Complete histories, physicals, and routine rounds; collaborate with APPs for complex visits.
• Mentor and supervise Advanced Practice Providers to elevate care delivery.
• Close quality gaps and drive measurable improvements in patient outcomes.
• Represent Curana Health’s mission and values as a clinical leader in the communities served.
