Qualifications

• Active state dental license and CPR certification.
• DEA license or in process; Controlled Substance license if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient exams and treatment planning with autonomy.
• Build patient relationships and communicate treatment plans.
• Mentor teammates and optimize clinic workflow while ensuring compliance.
