Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Flight Test Operator to support flight test operations for autonomous fixed‑wing UAVs. You will build, program, and maintain aircraft, assist with test execution, and collaborate with test engineers across sites. Travel ~60% is required; FAA Part107 certification and PIC experience are preferred.

US salary range is $74,000–$99,000 per year, with equity grants included in offers. Strong communication and ability to work long hours are essential.

Qualifications

• Fixed-wing RC or PIC experience in defense or commercial aviation.
• Able to obtain FAA Part107 and complete ground school as required.
• Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist test and system checkouts, perform flight operations and provide feedback.
• Build, program, and maintain autonomous aircraft for flight.
• Collaborate with test engineers on flight execution and demonstrations.
• Assist with product installations at test sites as needed.
• Support site management with maintenance, supplies, and inventory.
• Travel between test sites as testing requires.
