Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in fleet operations or related fields.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure autonomous test vehicles and equipment are mission-ready.
• Perform routine vehicle charging and preparation.
• Execute mission prep procedures and data collection.
• Verify vehicle readiness per regulatory requirements.
• Maintain documentation and records.
• Coordinate vehicle movement and fleet logistics across locations.
• Assist inventory and spare parts transport.
• Support incident response during vehicle recovery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize fleet readiness.
• Assist Base Operations technicians with basic mechanical tasks.
• Support vehicle testing activities and pre-mission setup.
