Qualifications

• Experience of permanent work as a housekeeper or assistant in families and verifiable references from previous employers.
• Independence, attentiveness and the ability to prioritize.
• Confident use of a smartphone, email, calendar and applications.
• English at a level sufficient for everyday communication and correspondence with stores and service departments.
• Driver's license, confident driving and permission to work in the USA.
• Tact and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Laundry, cleaning, tidying the house and wardrobe.
• Maintaining a family calendar.
• Online shopping, communication with stores, monitoring deliveries, exchanges and returns.
• Monitoring stocks of food and household supplies, availability of school uniforms and school supplies.
• Preparing for trips, packing and unpacking suitcases.
• Organizing visits from technicians and service centers, monitoring the progress of work.
• Making pet appointments with a veterinarian and groomer, coordinating walking and boarding.
