The Wellington Agency in Miami Beach seeks an experienced Executive Housekeeper to maintain a 12,000-square-foot residence with a professional, positive attitude. The role covers cleaning and laundry for both principals, with a training period to learn the household’s protocols and standards.

You will follow established routines, manage all laundry, and uphold the highest cleanliness standards while working with a household dog.

Compensation: $45 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Overview

A couple in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper with an amazing, positive attitude to maintain the impeccable upkeep of their 12,000-square-foot residence. The Housekeeper will be responsible for all cleaning and laundry for both principals, ensuring the home is consistently maintained to the highest standards. Upon commencement of the position, there will be an initial training period focused on learning and maintaining the household’s existing protocols and upholding the high level of professionalism expected in the care of the home.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and impeccable presentation of the 12,000-square-foot residence.

Perform all cleaning duties to meet the household’s exceptionally high standards.

Manage all laundry for both principals.

Follow established household protocols and maintain consistency in the care of the home.

Take direction from the principals and ensure all expectations are met.

Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor throughout the workday.

Be comfortable working in a household with a dog and providing appropriate consideration for the pet.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional housekeeping experience in UHNW private residences.

Demonstrated longevity and stability in previous private household positions.

Exceptional attention to detail and a perfectionist approach to cleaning.

Ability to maintain exceptionally high housekeeping standards.

Energetic, positive, and pleasant personality.

Professional demeanor and willingness to take direction.

Ability to learn and consistently follow established household protocols.
