Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited dental hygiene program.
• Current Oregon dental hygiene license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Oregon Expanded Practice Dental Hygienist (EPDH) permit.
• Current CPR certification.
• Local anesthesia certification, as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide expanded practice dental hygiene care to patients.
• Assist in building relationships and improving access to preventive services.
• Work within a collaborative dental team to deliver top-of-license care.
