Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program; active Oregon license preferred.
• EPDH permit required or ability to obtain prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Expanded Practice Dental Hygiene care within scope of licensure.
• Educate patients on preventive care and treatment plans.
