• Experience with Electric Vehicles and/or Autonomous Vehicles is a requirement.
• Proven ability to build and lead a strong team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade and drive action.
• Collaborative management style with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to interpret data, drive KPIs, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ability to manage performance, set expectations, hold team members accountable, and implement performance improvement plans when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of service technicians, including hiring, performance management, scheduling, and professional development.
• Oversee onboarding and training for new staff; ensure HR policies are followed.
• Oversee technician workload, dispatch work efficiently, and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Assist technicians in troubleshooting issues and resolving problems that keep vehicles in service.
• Define and follow processes for inventory management and on-time parts procurement.
• Accountable for billability targets and meeting minimum hours to satisfy P&L targets.
• Manage repair orders from scheduling to closure per client needs.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes and provide clear resolutions to customers.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders and 3rd parties to ensure service excellence.
