Job summary

DoorDash, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking a Product Manager for Airspace & Autonomy to own end-to-end strategy for software, services, autonomy, perception, and interfaces required to deploy autonomous drone delivery at scale.

You will align order logistics with aircraft, autonomy stack, UTM capabilities, fleet-management tools, and operator workflows, shaping roadmap across teams and ensuring regulatory compliance in the U.S. and abroad.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, technical product leadership, systems leadership, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience in autonomous systems, robotics, UAS, aviation technology, safety-critical systems, or another highly regulated real-world operating environment.
• Experience owning products spanning multiple layers of a technology stack including embedded or vehicle software, cloud services, APIs, data infrastructure, and hardware integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product strategy for DoorDash Air’s safety critical software, services and platform infrastructure.
• Define the long-term vision, platform architecture, capability roadmap, and investment priorities across aircraft, onboard software, cloud services, operational tooling, and DoorDash platform integrations.
• Integrate drone delivery into the DoorDash marketplace, defining how orders interact with aircraft availability, weather, airspace, and operational constraints.
• Lead the autonomy product roadmap, focusing on mission planning, path planning, perception, and safety features.
• Build the roadmap for 1:1 to m:N operations, including fleet orchestration and remote intervention.
