Job summary

Avride is hiring a hands-on Robot Service Technician to assemble, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate autonomous delivery robots. The role covers mechanical and electrical work, sensor installation, and field support across multiple sites, with a PM shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

The position requires experience with wiring, sensors, and reading technical drawings; a valid driver's license is essential. This is a full-time contract onsite in the Miami/ Dallas area, with benefits via an Employer

Qualifications

• Experience using mechanical and electrical tools.
• Able to read 2D drawings and technical documentation.
• Comfortable performing field service and on-site work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wiring harnesses, cables, and connectors for autonomous delivery robots.
• Install, configure, and replace sensors including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic sensors.
• Perform mechanical and electrical assembly of robot components and subsystems; follow schematics and procedures.
• Travel between local sites to provide onsite technical support and assist with deployments.
