Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a CRNA to join our ambulatory surgery center anesthesia team in Connecticut. The role offers an independent CRNA practice model, no call, and a high degree of autonomy within a physician-led multispecialty organization.

You will provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airway and anesthesia delivery, and monitor patients through recovery.

Qualifications

• CRNA must hold CRNA credentials and be eligible for state license.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures.
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments.
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff.
