Job summary

The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated CRNA to join our ambulatory surgery center anesthesia team. You will provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, manage airways, monitor patients, and work closely with physicians, nurses, and ASC staff.

This role offers highly competitive compensation with a sign-on bonus, no call, no nights, no weekends, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• CRNA required and licensed to practice in the relevant state.
• Excellent communication skills for patient and team interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, CRNAs and ASC staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care for outpatient GI procedures
• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
• Manage airway and anesthesia administration
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
• Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
