Anesthesia Specialist Group LLC in St. Louis, MO is seeking a high-performing CRNA to join a fast-paced, autonomous practice. You will own anesthesia care from pre-op through post-op, collaborating with surgeons in a high-volume setting to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.

We welcome new grads and provide mentorship to develop expertise in office-based anesthesia at a premier aesthetic surgery practice.

Qualifications

• Active NBCRNA certification required.
• Missouri RN/APRN license or eligibility.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• New grads welcome; training and mentorship provided.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Take full ownership of cases from pre-op assessment to induction, maintenance and post-op recovery.
• Monitor vitals and communicate with surgeon during procedures.
• Deliver safe anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Collaborate with a tight-knit team while maintaining autonomy.
• Contribute to growth and evolution of a state-of-the-art facility.
