You will handle negotiations, motions, suppression, and trials, meet clients, and carry a full state court docket. Florida Bar in good standing and independent courtroom experience are essential; federal exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar in good standing required.
• Criminal defense experience in Florida state court preferred.
• Independent courtroom experience with own hearings and trials.
• Willingness to work on-site in West Palm Beach.

Responsibilities

• Handle criminal defense matters from intake through resolution.
• Manage your own docket with autonomy and direct access to firm leadership.
• Conduct case investigation, evidence review, and witness preparation.
• Draft and argue motions to suppress, to dismiss, and in limine.
• Negotiate with prosecutors and appear in state court.
• Meet with clients and their families directly.
• Try cases.
