Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Principal Product Manager to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for OCI’s next-generation autonomous cloud platform. You will shape the product in collaboration with internal and external customers, developers, and partners, driving innovations that transform cloud infrastructure at scale.

You’ll lead a team, ensure delivery of high-impact features, and advocate for data-driven decisions that balance customer value with operational excellence across a rapidly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years hands-on product management for customer-facing enterprise software, cloud, or platform products.
• Experience launching and operating customer-facing cloud services.
• Experience training sales/field engineers on service/platform features.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor teams through full product lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for autonomous cloud products.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and shape product direction.
• Drive new product development and enhancements to meet market demands.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams to manage releases and deployments.
• Leverage analytics to inform product direction and prioritize features.
