BELFOR Property Restoration is looking for an Intermediate Carpenter to provide operational support in reconstruction projects. This role involves working independently and assisting in scope development with Estimators.

The ideal candidate must have extensive carpentry experience and be capable of performing tasks such as flood cutting, salvaging, and moving contents without damage. Attention to detail and customer service principles are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to assist with scope development alongside BELFOR Estimators.
• Competent in self-performing emergency services as needed.
• Understanding of different types of insulation and their respective R-value.

Responsibilities

• Recognize potential problems with the project and request guidance.
• Construct containment for dust and contaminants.
• Perform tasks related to flood cutting, salvaging, and labeling.
