Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Board-certified PA (NCCPA) for Cardiovascular/Cardiothoracic Surgery coverage in Hartford, CT. The role requires Active Connecticut license, ACLS/BLS certifications, at least 1 year of experience, and ability to cover both sites within a 35-mile radius. EPIC EMR experience preferred.

Schedule: call only, Fri 6PM–Sun 6PM, ASAP–ongoing. The provider will work autonomously with no supervising physician present during assignment, serving adolescent to geriatric

Qualifications

• Board-certified PA (NCCPA) required.
• Active Connecticut license required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; no new grads.
• Must cover both sites within ~35 miles; local candidate.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Placement of Central Venous and Dialysis Catheters.
• Placement of Arterial Lines and Intra-Aortic Balloon Pumps.
• Endoscopic Retrieval.
• No balloon pumps.
