Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions ABA in Puyallup, WA, seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver autonomous, data-driven services in home and school settings. The role offers flexible scheduling and a competitive hourly rate for a contract position.

You will conduct assessments, develop BIPs, supervise BTs/RBTs, analyze data, train families, and maintain thorough documentation using the Rethink app, while independently managing your caseload.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on ABA experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines without reminders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, data-driven Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and performance feedback to BTs/RBTs.
• Analyze client data regularly and make timely clinical adjustments.
• Deliver structured parent training with clear guidance and measurable goals.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with clinical and compliance standards.
• Manage caseload independently while ensuring high-quality care.
