Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family, seeks an Allergist to join our team in Southborough, MA. Optum Care Delivery provides clinical resources, data and support to help you advance patient care in a community-based, multi-specialty setting.

You will collaborate with primary care and specialists, develop care plans, and educate patients while contributing to new practice ideas and initiatives that impact care for millions of patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate medical education from an accredited medical school or allergy medicine program.
• Board certification in Allergy or eligibility for certification.

Responsabilités

• Performs physical assessments on patients with specialized conditions.
• Develops and implements a plan of care, prescribes medications, exercises or other treatments.
• Collaborates with clinical and administrative teams to manage patient care and share information with outside agencies.
• Serves as a liaison between primary care providers and specialists regarding patient care.
• Teaches and counsels individuals and groups on health care needs; educator in its area.
• Participates in development of health education programs.

Formation

Graduate of an accredited Medical School or School of Allergy Medicine

Board Certified or Board Certified Eligible in Allergy
