Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy autonomous multi-agent systems. Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in GenAI/LLMs and agentic workflows.
• 3+ years with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with MCP for tool integration and A2A for collaboration.
• Experience with RAG architecture and knowledge graphs (Neo4j, NebulaGraph).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs/SLMs (HuggingFace, PEFT, LoRA).
• Knowledge of modern software patterns including microservices and edge computing.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or AI.

Responsibilities

• Design intelligent agent architectures that can reason, plan, and take actions.
• Develop multi-agent systems using MCP and A2A protocols for communication and collaboration.
• Build RAG pipelines and integrate with Knowledge Graphs to improve context retention.
• Fine-tune SLMs/LLMs for edge deployment (ONNX/GGML/Ollama).
• Develop evaluation frameworks for reliability, safety, and performance including ReAct loops.
