Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role; overall 5+ years is stated.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, PyTorch.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agents using LLMs, planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.
• Develop agent architectures that support autonomy, interactivity, and task completion.
• Integrate agents into applications, APIs, or workflows (e.g., chatbots, automation tools).
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams to iterate on agent capabilities.
• Optimize agent behavior through feedback loops, reinforcement learning, or user interaction.
• Engineer and manage context for agents to ensure access to the right information.
• Prompt engineering and model fine-tuning to embed knowledge as needed.
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) embedding and retrieval of information.
• Use sub-agents or deterministic models to locate relevant context.
• Hybrid approaches to maximize reliability and relevance.
• Monitor performance, evaluations, and safety/guardrail implementations.
• Maintain documentation of agent logic and dependencies.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and platform integrations.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate AI agents with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Semantic Kernel SDK.
