Job summary

Aionia Group is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to design and build the core agentic platform in Mountain View, CA. This position requires hands-on ML modeling experience and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in both Big Tech and reputable startups, along with a Master's or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience. You'll be instrumental in creating the infrastructure for autonomous AI agents.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of ML engineering experience with production-level code.
• Background at well-known technology companies or strong startups.
• Ability to work from the Mountain View, CA office (hybrid available).

Responsibilities

• Design and build the core agentic platform.
• Architect the foundational data and signal platform.
• Build MLOps infrastructure for training and deploying models.
