Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience in early-stage environments.
• Previous startup experience and ability to operate with autonomy.
• Track record of building products or major features from concept to production.
• Experience working in a flat organisational structure.
• Strong backend and/or full-stack engineering skills.
• Ability to own projects from idea through deployment, with strong product thinking.

Responsibilities

• Design and build new products and features from scratch.
• Take products from concept through to production.
• Make key architectural and technical decisions.
• Solve ambiguous technical and product problems and ship quickly.
• Improve architecture as the product scales and establish engineering standards.
