Education and Experience

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Communicates with customers on parts status
  • Provides friendly and professional communication with staff and customers
  • Reads and understands parts catalog for lookup
  • Answers calls, provides quotes and information
  • Provides high-level customer service
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock
  • Notifies Parts Manager of out-of-stock items
  • Locates out-of-stock parts externally and submits emergency orders if needed
Physical Requirements
  • Stand, sit, use hands for handling
  • Walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, hear frequently
  • Lift up to 50 pounds regularly, 75 pounds occasionally
  • Visual abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, focus adjustment
