We are hiring in Milford, CT for a dedicated individual with the skills and personality to keep things rolling as a Wheel Technician. You will work on-site at customer locations, repairing cosmetic wheel damages using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids. Tasks include removing wheels, repairing them in your mobile truck, and reinstalling them, along with painting, inspecting, prepping, and buffing defects.

What You Need To Succeed

• Auto painting experience or collision repair training preferred but not required.
• Good vision, including color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.

The starting salary ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 depending on experience and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
