As a Wheel Technician with Dent Wizard, you’ll use the latest tools and techniques to restore wheels and wheel covers. We offer uncapped earning potential and a dynamic work environment. We’re hiring now in Richmond, VA, for a dedicated individual with the skills and outgoing personality to keep things rolling.

Working on site at customer locations, you’ll fix cosmetic damages such as curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation, and bent wheels using spray-painting equipment, power tools, and work aids. The process involves removing the wheels, repairing them in your mobile truck, and placing them back on the vehicle. Tasks include painting surfaces, inspecting wheels, prepping and buffing defects, mixing colors, and finishing.

What You Need To Succeed
  • Auto painting experience or collision repair training preferred but not required
  • Good vision, including color perception and depth perception
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, climb, and lift up to 45 pounds
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record

The starting salary ranges from $50,000 to $70,000, depending on qualifications and location. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health insurance, and 401(k) matching.
